Advanced search engine for candidates

Companies have already a powerful search engine in order to find the right candidate.

However candidates were only able to search for companies. (See below)

Since today candidates can perform a search for job offers (included event invitations).  (See below)

The same search engine is available on the home page — and you don’t need to be registered to istockcv. (See below). However, if you want to apply, interact with the company : you will of course need to sign up/ log in.

New template for candidate’s profile updated : skill-based CV.

We have released the final version of the candidate’s profile. The template is a “skill-based CV”. This kind of CV is the best suited for people upon graduation.

So the new fields are, of course, “Skills” but also, “Leisure, Interests and Achievements” and “Referees”. We added free text field below your education in order to demonstrate how you are able to put your knowledge into action. We did the same with Work Experience (for experienced people) – we do not forget them.

You will find also information boxes to help you to fill out your profile. Here an example,

Before the end of June, we are going to add the feature  ”generate-my-CV” (PDF) - we promise :)
